Amaryllis belladonna is not normally grown from seed,but is propagated from tubers.
1.John Innes No.1 Potting compost.
2.A resting period is normally through early and midsummer.
3.Normally grown for the greenhouse.
4.Tubers do not need feeding.
5.Keep at a minimum temp; of 45 F.
6.Normally,one tuber is planted in a 6" pot,during August.
