Yes, if it gets enough sun, water, and food.
But it will still need a dormancy period. Start withholding water and let it dry out a bit toward the end of summer, then put it in a cool dark place to reast for 3 months.
Then bring it out, re-pot, put in a sunny window, water, and it will grow and flower (if it's big enough)
